• Photos: Images you upload to create poems are processed to generate AI-powered poetry. These images are temporarily stored for processing purposes only.
• User Content: Poems you create, customize, and save within the app.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: Information about how you use the app, including features accessed and poems generated.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
• Analytics: App performance and crash data to improve user experience.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the StillWords service
• To authenticate users and manage accounts
• To generate AI-powered poetry based on uploaded images
• To process subscription payments and manage credits
• To improve app functionality and user experience

3. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

We take data security seriously:

• Authentication: User authentication is managed securely through Supabase with industry-standard encryption.
• Image Processing: Uploaded images are processed using Google's Gemini AI and are not permanently stored on our servers unless you save the generated poem.
• Encryption: All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols.
• Access Control: We implement strict access controls to limit who can access your personal information.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

StillWords integrates with the following third-party services:

• Supabase: For user authentication and database management
• Google Gemini AI: For AI-powered poetry generation
• Apple Sign-In: For authentication
• Google Sign-In: For authentication
• RevenueCat: For subscription and payment management

Each of these services has their own privacy policies that govern their use of your information.

5. DATA RETENTION

• Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active.
• Uploaded Images: Temporarily stored during AI processing and deleted after poem generation, unless you save the poem.
• Generated Poems: Stored indefinitely until you delete them or close your account.
• Analytics Data: Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained for improvement purposes.

6. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: Request access to your personal data.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
